Dear e l f I know my order was a bit late and I understood that sh t happens when you’re an online retailer so I wasn’t mad but I found this in my mailbox the other day seriously the best customer service I have ever had I ordered from the past and they charged me for an item that was out of stock I sent a quick email and they gave my money back asap seriously elf has the best customer service I love you guys please don’t stop being awesome ‘
