That we think that’s whowe are as a person that becomes ouridentity and and really for me I had tochange that over time and the way Ichange the answer to that question was Istopped answering with my job titlebecause I had an impressive job titleI’m the director of operations for 150retail stores but ultimately I realizedthat I could answer that question withwhat I was passionate about and so thenI would say you know I’m passionateabout writing what are you passionateabout and it would totally change thedirection of that conversation from ustalking about work to us talking aboutsomething we truly cared about yeah forme it was my cat it was really hard tofind my cat a good home and get rid ofhimno in all seriousness and that was avery difficult thing it was one of thesedecisions I had to make because I wasenjoying his company when I was home butthat was the problem was I wasn’t homeoften we were going on tours and I hadto leave him with my mom for a coupleweeks and then he’d come back and be allangry and I could just
